Irene Makriplis is the founder of Lullaby & Me and a highly sought-after Pediatric Sleep Consultant who has helped hundreds of families achieve healthy, restorative sleep. Her passion for supporting parents began during her 10-year career as a nanny, where she quickly recognized that every child is different — and that successful sleep training requires a personalized, flexible approach rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
With a strong academic foundation, Irene earned her Associate’s Degree in Accounting & Finance and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the City University of New York before becoming a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. She was later featured in the Parenting section of The Washington Post and Posh Mom for her sleep training expertise and has been recognized as one of NYC’s Top 10 Baby Sleep Consultants.
Today, Irene is not only a trusted sleep expert but also a successful entrepreneur, CEO, and mom.
